Ernest Cartwright and Mark Robbins will serve as co-presidents of Radar Distribution, a new division of Radar Entertainment to develop new shows for fall 2008 debuts.
New unit will also take over Radar Entertainment CEO Vincent Dymon's new court strip, "Jury Duty," which preems Sept. 17.

HOLLYWOOD -- AIM Tell-A-Vision, the force behind syndicated programs "American Latino TV" and "Latin Fuze," has launched an inhouse TV distribution arm, AIM Tell-A-Vision Distribution.
Company's bicoastal offices will be headed by prexy Ernest Cartwright in Los Angeles.
A nearly 20-year broadcast syndication veteran, Cartwright will report to AIM Tell-A-Vision prexy-CEO Robert Rose, who's based in New York.
CF Entertainment has promoted Ernest Cartwright to exec VP and tapped Peter Preis as VP, marketing and sales, for the Western U.S.
Cartwright reports directly to chairman-CEO Byron Allen. He will focus on expanding TV program sales outside of domestic broadcast syndication.
Preis, formerly director of Western sales at Universal Worldwide Television, will be responsible for securing, upgrading and extending station clearances.
